To request alternative testing arrangements:

  1. Review the Requesting Alternative Testing Arrangements section of this website.
  2. Register for your test.
  3. Submit your alternative testing arrangements request form, including all required documentation.

To reach the Office of Candidate Services:

  • Please submit your request via email and fully explain the details of your request.
  • Email address and password. You may update your testing account email address and password at any time through your account on this website. Note that your email address and password for your testing account on this site are separate from those used in your TEAL account. You must update your TEAL account in addition to your testing account if you want to update your email address and/or password in both systems.
